  1. Dust spare ribs in flour.
  2. Barbeque on both sides til brown.
  3. Sauce: brown sugar, ketchup, white vinegar, chili powder, Worcestershire, salt, water.
  4. Put in roast pan w/ sauce. Cover for 1 hour.
  5. Bake 3 hours @ 275F. Baste last 2 hour.
