Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs

- roast pan
Ingredients
- 2 lbs spare ribs
- flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup water
Steps
- Dust spare ribs in flour.
- Barbeque on both sides til brown.
- Sauce: brown sugar, ketchup, white vinegar, chili powder, Worcestershire, salt, water.
- Put in roast pan w/ sauce. Cover for 1 hour.
- Bake 3 hours @ 275F. Baste last 2 hour.
